We are going to cook 2 and half way with meal with the high protein fish. Sounds weird why 2 and half way because we are going to do some fusion dishes. First dish is grill fillets with a side of mushrooms and some element of surprise. Second dish is pasta pesto salmon meal that is quick, simple and with ingredients you can find in your home everyday.
How to cook grilled salmon?

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and brush fillets with olive oil. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it’s cooked to your liking. While the salmon is grilling, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little bit of olive oil and the sliced mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. Serve the grilled salmon with the stir-fried mushrooms on the side. |

We cheated a bit and instead for a side with grilled mushrooms you can your fillets and make it with a side of Thai style hot and sour or in other words Thai orange soup. A southern main stay soup that have is sour, a bit spicy and a little sweet. A creamy soup with a similar color as Tom Yum soup. The instructions for the fillet is the same.
