Step-by-Step Instruction of Red Bean Corn Salad
- 1 cup of cooked quinoa
- 1 cup of red beans
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup of red onion
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
