  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, mayonnaise, mango chutney, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  2. Spread a generous amount of the coronation chicken mixture onto two slices of bread.
  3. Top with lettuce, tomato, and cheese, or any preference.
  4. Top with the remaining two slices of bread to form a sandwich. Tip: Later grill the sandwich, amazing!
  5. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately. Enjoy!
